Data Security
The Seegnal solution is HIPPA complaint and is set to receive GDRP compliance in Q3 of 2024 by the UE. The unique architecture ensures that all data is protected as:
Patient data and doctor identifiers are passed to Seegnal from the provider (EMR) with a unique user number (no personal identifying details) generated by the EMR.
Data is calculated in Seegnal’s engine in real time and milliseconds and returned to the EMR. Seegnal is NOT serving as an additional repository.
Seegnal does not store any patient or doctor data besides therapy action logs, as regulations require.
Seegnal is installed on a local Microsoft Azure cloud, ensuring no data crosses geographical boundaries. Seegnal can also be installed on-premises if desired.
Compliance
The Seegnal solution fully complies with FDA regulations and is set to be certified as CE by the EU in Q3 of 2024. In addition, Seegnal is certified with:
